Proof of Concept Programs

We support proof of concept initiatives that allow partners and OEMs to validate performance, compatibility, and user experience before full-scale rollout. Each program includes structured setup, configuration, and 30 days of dedicated support to ensure meaningful results and successful sales conversions.

Design and Engineering Support

Our engineering teams support audio, video, and collaboration system design across environments ranging from huddle rooms to large, complex spaces. Services include system architecture, signal flow documentation, and integration planning aligned to real-world deployment requirements.

CAD and Technical Documentation

We provide CAD review and creation services, including 2D drawings, elevations, and detailed engineering documentation to support accurate execution and coordination across trades.

Logistics and Staging

Collabtech operates nearly 10,000 square feet of logistics and staging capacity, supporting equipment receiving, inspection, storage, and preparation. Our facilities can manage more than 400 pallets, oversized displays, video wall components, and racks.

Kitting and Rack Fabrication

Equipment is organized into room-ready kits with serial number tracking, job labeling, and documentation. Rack fabrication follows signal flow and elevation specifications with structured cable management, power separation, and labeling.

Testing and Firmware Updates

Devices and racks can be pre-configured, firmware updated in bulk, and tested prior to deployment. This approach reduces onsite labor and allows senior commissioning resources to focus on final system performance.
